POSITION TITLE: Director of Worldwide Sales
POSITION DUTIES: Invisible Solutions has an opening for Director of Worldwide Sales. The role is responsible for development and implementation of key fundamental strategic planning. The Director oversees planning and day to day business operations and special projects for the sales department. The Director will define and lead strategic initiatives for customer success organization. The Director will also define engagement and operational metrics for both their team and customer base and show continual improvement in CSAT. He will be responsible for negotiating favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI.
REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master’s degree in International Economics or a closely-related field of concentration plus 1 year in job offered or related occupation.
Experience must include:
- Oversee client and partner relationships
- Define, deploy and drive sustainable and repeatable process improvements
- Define and measure key performance indicators and drive corrective actions throughout the entire organization based on real data and results
- Identify strategic opportunities and potential threats associated with emerging technologies and execute development plans
- Conduct market research to determine optimal price point and product market positioning
- Define engagement and operational metrics
- Territory mapping and account planning
